Hi Patrick,

This has happened a couple of times. I walk into the audition and the room is dead silent. After a suspicious glance from rest of the people, someone asks if I'm ready to begin. The guy reading with me is bored out of his mind. When I'm done someone says thank you. Someone else says that was great. You can totally tell they wish there were somewhere else. A few minutes later, I'm driving home, wishing I hadn't wasted my time or the gas.

When I get home, there's a message waiting for me from my manager: I've booked it!
